1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using InboxFlood, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
InboxFlood automatically subscribes email addresses to public newsletter mailing lists for legitimate purposes including inbox flooding, competitive research, email filter training, and developer testing.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Subscribe email addresses you do not own or have explicit permission to use
- Use the service to harass, spam, or harm other individuals
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or access controls
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Resell or redistribute access without written permission
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
5. Plan Limits & Billing
Each plan has a defined monthly subscription limit that resets each billing period. Unused subscriptions do not roll over. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of InboxFlood is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
InboxFlood is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
