To keep every subscription accurate, runs are processed one at a time. If someone else is already running, your job waits and your dashboard shows your live place in line. Jobs are served by plan priority — Enterprise first, then Business, then Pro, then Free — so higher tiers skip ahead. When no one is ahead of you, your run starts immediately.

Yes. From your dashboard you can buy one-time top-up packs — +50 ($5), +250 ($12), or +500 ($20) — that add subscriptions to your current billing cycle instantly. Your plan and renewal date don't change, and the extra capacity is available right away.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades start on your next billing cycle.
